My stay at this hotel started off poorly when I walked into an unclean room that smelled like smoke, despite booking a non-smoking room. The service was incredibly lacking, as they refused to give me a new room or a refund. The overall experience was made worse by the tiny room size and the terrible customer service, making it a place I wouldn't return to, even if it meant driving further to find a different hotel.
